When does the school year start?+
The 2026–2027 school year started on Sunday 23 August 2026, following the Ministry of Education calendar. The second term begins after the mid-year break as shown in the official calendar in Parent Resources.
How can I apply?+
Applications are fully online from the Admissions page: choose the grade, review the requirements, create a parent account, enter student and guardian details, upload documents and submit. You'll receive an application number such as HJ-2026-00125 to follow your application on the Track My Application page.
What documents are required?+
For all stages: birth certificate, student ID/Iqama copy, guardian ID copy, a recent photo and the vaccination record. From Grade 2 upward: the latest school report, plus the Noor transfer notice for transferring students (mandatory for middle and high school).
What are the admission requirements for Grade 5?+
For Grade 5: the core documents (birth certificate, student ID, guardian ID, photo, vaccination record) plus the latest school report, and the Noor transfer notice if transferring. The student sits a short assessment in Arabic, Maths and English, followed by a friendly meeting with the parent.
What age is required for Grade 1?+
Grade 1: the child must be 6, or turn 6 within 90 days of the school-year start. Al-Hijaz does not offer kindergarten.
When is the next parent meeting?+
The Elementary parent meeting is on Tuesday 6 October 2026, 4:00–6:00 PM in the auditorium, with a live stream for parents. The university guidance evening for high school parents is on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 7:00 PM.
What activities are available?+
Activities include sports (football, basketball, swimming), robotics, coding, science & olympiads, art, calligraphy and theatre, the reading challenge, debate, media, entrepreneurship, trips and volunteering — 18 student clubs in total, plus weekly and monthly competitions with points and prizes.
How do I book a school visit?+
Use the Book a Visit page to choose an available date, time slot and number of visitors — you'll receive a confirmation. Visits run Sunday to Thursday. You can also explore the campus through the Virtual Tour.
What are the school hours?+
Office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Which stages do you offer?+
Elementary (Grades 1–6), Middle (7–9) and High School (10–12) with the national tracks system. Kindergarten is not offered.
How do I track my application?+
On the Track My Application page, enter your application number and registered mobile, then the verification code sent to your phone. You'll see each stage: submitted, documents received, under review, assessment/interview, decision and enrollment — and you'll be notified at every update.
What are the tuition fees?+
Fees vary by stage. The approved fee schedule, instalment options and discounts (siblings, merit) are provided by the Admissions Office — call 920011367 or email admissions@hejaz.edu.sa.
Is school transport available?+
Yes — supervised, equipped buses are available. Routes and subscription details are in the Transport guide in Parent Resources.
Are student photos published?+
Photos or videos showing students are only published with the guardian's consent via the media consent form, which can be withdrawn at any time in the Parent Portal.

We comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. Student data is collected for educational purposes only, stored encrypted, accessed only by authorised staff, and student photos are never published without guardian consent.
